Merchandise Return Form


Step 1. You must complete this form to initiate the return process. After completion send to Marey Customer Service by hitting the "Submit" button on the bottom of this form.

You should immediately receive a confirmation email and within 48 hours you will receive a response from customer service, which will include instructions for returning your item, along with a RMA authorization.

Step 2. If you are instructed to return the item please ensure that you've included your original purchase receipt (or copy), any and all documentation or accessories that were originally packaged with your item, and in it's original product packaging.

Step 3. a. Make sure the item you're sending to us is packaged well to avoid any shipping damages. It is optional, but highly recommended that you purchase insurance and a tracking number on the item, as Marey will not be responsible for loss or damage while in transit.

b. Use ONLY the return address given to you in the authorization email from customer service. Marey Heater Corp. has several addresses, but only one for product returns.

*An RMA number will be issued by Marey Heater Corp MUST be included with your product. Any product returned without authorization and the MRA number will not be processed for repair or replacement.

If you are requesting repairs for your Marey product - and the unit is not covered by warranty - you MUST include payment for the repair/parts cost - as well as the return shipping fee.
